If you submit the Groom's Room wedding inquiry form, we collect the details you enter: name, email address, phone number, wedding date, timing details, the number of people receiving services, any requests you write, and how you heard about us. This is stored in our booking records and emailed to us so we can reply to your inquiry.

If you call, text, or email us, we keep that conversation so we can respond and follow up. We do not sell personal information.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and how often people tap through to booking. These tools may set cookies and record non-identifying details such as pages viewed, the link text you clicked, device type, and general location.

Neither tool is loaded until you choose “Allow analytics.” If you decline, no analytics or pixel scripts run. You can change your mind at any time: open cookie preferences.

Booking links open Booksy, our scheduling provider. Social links open Instagram, and our location section embeds a Google Map. Once you follow one of those links or interact with the embedded map, that company's own privacy policy applies. We do not receive your Booksy account or payment details through this website.

Inquiry and contact details are kept only as long as needed to serve you and to keep reasonable business records. Analytics data is retained according to the standard settings of the analytics providers.

Site traffic is encrypted in transit, and inquiry records are stored with access limited to the shop. No website can promise perfect security, so please do not send sensitive information such as financial or medical details through the inquiry form.

This website is intended for adults booking grooming services. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.
