- How soon before my interview should I get a haircut?
- One to two days before. That gives the shape a day to settle so it looks natural rather than freshly cut, while the neckline is still perfectly clean.
- How long does an appointment take?
- A men's haircut is 45 minutes, a hot towel shave is 30 minutes, and a haircut paired with a hot towel shave is one hour.
- Can I get in the same day?
- Sometimes. Openings are released on Booksy in real time, so check the live calendar — appointment-only means the slot you book is fully yours. Walk-ins are not accepted.
- Do you cut hair before weddings?
- Yes. For the groom and full wedding party we reserve dedicated time through The Groom's Room; individual wedding guests can simply book a standard appointment.
- What should I ask for if I don't know the terminology?
- Nothing — just tell Michael the occasion. Every appointment starts with a consultation, and 15 years behind the chair covers translating "I have interviews all week" into the right haircut.
